Sealing the firebox and containing combustion behind a clear viewing surface is the job of the stove glass, and it has to hold up to sustained high heat without clouding or cracking. The Enviro Westport Glass Replacement (part EGWP-090) replaces the worn glass panel in compatible Enviro gas stoves, arriving with the gasket already fitted to the pane.

Purpose

This high-temperature ceramic glass forms the sealed viewing window on the firebox door, keeping combustion gases contained while allowing radiant heat to pass through to the room.

Key Benefits

• Gasket pre-installed for a proper seal against the door frame
• Built to withstand sustained firebox temperatures without failure
• Supports correct combustion by maintaining an intact door seal
• Restores clear viewing and full radiant heat output
• Genuine Enviro part made to factory specifications

Other Notes

Inspect the glass periodically for hairline cracks or persistent cloudiness. Either condition can cut down on the heat radiating into the room and, since the glass is part of the sealed firebox, is worth addressing before it worsens.

While replacing this glass, it's worth checking the door gasket and any glass retaining hardware for wear, since both work alongside the glass to maintain a proper seal.
