Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada.

Processing

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. If an item isn't in stock, we'll email you an estimated ship date. If we can't ship by that date, we'll tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Carriers and rates

We ship with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and USPS, and choose the best option for each order. Rates and service options for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Transit times

After shipping, most orders arrive within 3–15 business days, depending on destination and service. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Remote areas

Some remote destinations (for example Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Labrador, and parts of northern BC and Alberta) and oversized items cost more to ship. If an extra charge applies that wasn't shown at checkout, we'll contact you before shipping, and you may cancel at no cost.

Duties and taxes

Canadian orders include applicable GST/HST, shown at checkout.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery inspection

Please check the packaging and contents before signing. If you see damage, note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt, take photos, and tell us within 3 business days of delivery. If damage is obvious you may refuse the shipment. Your order stays valid and we'll make it right. Noting damage when you sign makes it much easier for us to claim with the carrier. If you let the carrier leave a package without a signature, please inspect it as soon as you can.

Address changes and undeliverable parcels

Once a parcel is with the carrier, we can't change the address or set a delivery time. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll contact you to reship it, and reshipping costs may apply.
