Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-11-02
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://envirofireplaceparts.com and any purchase you make from Enviro Fireplace Parts, operated by Friendly Fires Inc. Please read them carefully. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Pricing, Availability, and Errors
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, the catalog may occasionally contain errors in pricing, descriptions, images, or fitment data. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed with incorrect information, even after an order has been submitted.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it for any reason, including stock limits or suspected fraud. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the item.
Fitment and Compatibility Disclaimer
You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your specific model or unit before purchasing. Cross-reference numbers, model lookups, diagrams, and compatibility information are provided as a helpful guide only and do not replace confirming your model. If you are unsure, contact us at support@envirofireplaceparts.com before ordering so we can help you verify the correct part.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Enviro Fireplace Parts and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used for reference and identification only.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data without permission, or to infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting any statutory rights you have as a consumer, except where expressly stated, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enviro Fireplace Parts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from improper installation or use of a part. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enviro Fireplace Parts and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
