Built for the Enviro E44 Gas Insert fireplace and Enviro E44 Propane Insert fireplace, the Enviro 50-2686 is a genuine ceramic glass replacement for the appliance's viewing door. The Enviro 50-2686 glass replaces the front door glass in these Enviro units and comes with the high-temperature gasket pre-installed.

Purpose

The glass panel seals the firebox and lets radiant heat pass into the room while containing combustion. A cracked, cloudy, or poorly sealed panel lets heat escape and can compromise the door seal.

Key Benefits

• Genuine Enviro ceramic glass rated for sustained high-temperature service
• Gasket pre-installed, so the seal is set to factory specification from the start
• Restores a tight door seal for consistent radiant heat output over the long term
• Direct-fit for named E44 models — no trimming or modification needed

Other Notes

Inspect the glass periodically for haze, discoloration, or hairline cracks. These reduce visible flame and radiant heat and can signal a seal that needs attention before it affects appliance performance.

While the door is open, check the door gasket, screen, and burner components for wear, since these parts are commonly replaced together during glass service.
