The firebox glass forms the sealed barrier between the flame and the room, and it takes the brunt of the heat cycle every time the insert runs. The Enviro 50-2523 is the replacement panel Enviro built for this job, and it replaces the worn or damaged glass component in compatible Enviro gas inserts.

Key Benefits

• High-temperature ceramic construction built to withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles
• Gasket pre-installed, reducing wear points that lead to early seal failure
• Genuine Enviro part shipped new in original packaging, not an aftermarket copy
• Direct-fit sizing for the E33 and EX35, no trimming or modification needed

Purpose

This glass panel seals the firebox opening on the Enviro E33 and EX35 gas inserts, containing combustion while allowing radiant heat and flame visibility into the room.

Specifications

• Approximate dimensions: 28.5 in. x 18 in.
• High-temperature ceramic glass with gasket pre-installed
• Part number 50-2523 (also listed as 502523)

Other Notes

Inspect the glass regularly for cracks, chips, or a persistent cloudy haze. Any of these can lower the radiant heat the insert puts out and should be addressed before the unit is run again.

While replacing the glass, it is worth checking the door gasket and latch hardware for wear, since both affect the seal this panel depends on.
