Built for the Enviro Westport Cast Iron Stove and Westport Steel Stove, this door knob clip (part 30-029) replaces the worn or broken clip that holds the door knob assembly in place on these gas stoves. The Enviro 30-029 is a genuine Enviro factory part, not an aftermarket copy.

Purpose

The clip secures the door knob to the stove door, keeping the latch mechanism aligned so the door closes and seals correctly against the frame.

Key Benefits

• Restores a secure door latch and proper door seal for consistent heat output
• Direct-fit replacement for Westport Cast Iron and Steel models — no modification needed
• Genuine Enviro factory part matched to original tolerances
• Helps maintain steady combustion efficiency by keeping the door properly seated

Other Notes

A loose or missing door knob clip can let the door sit slightly out of alignment, which over time may affect the glass seal and viewing clarity. Check the clip whenever you notice the door not latching firmly, and inspect the glass gasket at the same time since a poor door seal can accelerate wear there.

While replacing this clip, it is worth checking the door glass gasket and the glass panel itself for cracking or clouding, since both affect radiant heat output and are easiest to inspect with the door open.
