When the interior of a gas fireplace starts looking faded, scratched, or discolored around the flame area, the enameled liner is usually the culprit. The Enviro G50 Black Enameled Liner (part 50-3448) replaces the worn interior liner panel in the Enviro G50 gas fireplace equipped with a glass or log burner.

Purpose

The liner forms the visible interior surface of the firebox, giving the flame pattern a reflective black backdrop while helping direct combustion gases through the venting system.

Key Benefits

• Direct-fit replacement for the Enviro G50 — no modification needed
• Genuine Enviro part, not an aftermarket copy
• Restores a clean, uniform black enameled surface behind the flame
• Compatible with both propane and natural gas G50 configurations

Other Notes

Because this is a gas component, installation should be handled by a licensed gas technician in accordance with local codes. While inspecting the liner, it's worth checking the glass panel for cracking or clouding, since either issue can reduce radiant heat output and affect the appliance's overall performance.

Related parts worth inspecting at the same time include the glass panel, glass gasket, and burner pan, all of which sit close to the liner and see similar heat exposure over time.
