The Urbana U50 Flush Framing Base Kit (part 50-4008) is the base framing option for the Urbana U50 linear gas fireplace, used when raising the unit off the floor is desired. It supplies the structure needed to set the fireplace at the intended height before framing is completed around it.

What it adds

This kit raises the appliance off the floor with a dedicated framing structure rather than relying on existing floor framing. The U30 equivalent is part 50-4002 and the U70 equivalent is part 50-4031, so each model in the Urbana U-Series gets a kit sized to its own base.
