This conversion kit (part 50-3958) changes an Urbana U30 linear gas fireplace from natural gas to propane operation, reusing the existing burner rather than requiring a new one. It suits the Urbana U30 specifically.

Fit

• Built for the Urbana U30, following Urbana Fuel Conversion instructions C-15994.

What it adds

Unlike a burner-included kit, this version supplies only the parts needed to switch fuel type on an existing burner: a propane stepper motor and a sized orifice, along with the labeling needed to mark the appliance as converted.

What's in the kit

• #54 orifice sized for the U30
• Propane stepper motor
• Rating plate conversion label
• Valve body conversion label

Installation

Installation should be performed by a licensed gas technician, and local codes apply.
