This vent collar is the direct replacement for the flue connection on compatible Enviro Westport cast iron freestanding stoves. The Enviro 50-040 (also listed as 50040) replaces the worn or damaged 45 degree vent collar on Westport Direct and Vertical Vent models running propane or natural gas.

Purpose

The collar directs exhaust from the firebox into the venting system. Its 45 degree elbow design allows the same part to be installed in either orientation, so the stove can vent straight up or out through the rear wall depending on how the installation is configured.

Key Benefits

• Direct-fit replacement for the Westport's original vent collar — no modifications needed
• Gasket pre-installed on the collar for a proper seal at the flue connection
• Genuine Enviro part, matching the fit and material of the original component
• Reversible 45 degree design supports both vertical and rear-vent setups

Other Notes

Inspect the gasket surface for wear or gaps when replacing the collar, since a poor seal at this joint can affect draft performance.

Customers replacing this collar may also want to check the door gasket and firebox gasket for wear, since these seals age at a similar rate on Westport stoves.
