Built as the replacement gas valve for a wide range of Enviro gas stoves, fireplaces and inserts, this SIT Nova convertible valve (Enviro part 50-1421) regulates the fuel supply that feeds the burner. The Enviro Gas Valve SIT (part 50-1421) replaces the worn or failing gas valve in compatible Enviro gas appliances.

Key Benefits

• Supports correct combustion and stable flame behavior at the burner
• Genuine Enviro component, not an aftermarket equivalent
• Convertible design suited to multiple Enviro gas stove, fireplace and insert models
• Ships new in original Enviro packaging

Purpose

The gas valve controls and meters fuel delivery to the burner, a function directly tied to safe, consistent combustion in the appliance.

Other Notes

Because this is a special-order part that cannot be returned, confirm the 50-1421 number against your installation manual before ordering. Installation should be handled by a licensed gas technician in accordance with local codes. Any signs of a malfunctioning valve should be addressed promptly rather than worked around.

If you are replacing this valve, it is worth inspecting related burner assembly components, such as the pilot assembly, thermocouple or thermopile, and burner orifice, since wear in one part of the gas train often affects the others.
