For gas fireplaces that use a vermiculite-lined burner pan, this 1-cup measure of genuine Enviro vermiculite restores the material that breaks down or settles over time. The Enviro Vermiculite Replacement (50-3794/50-3287) replaces the worn or depleted vermiculite bed in compatible Enviro gas fireplace burner pans.

Key Benefits

• Supports proper flame distribution across the burner pan
• Helps maintain correct combustion characteristics
• Replaces material that has settled, compacted, or worn thin over years of use
• Sized as a single, pre-measured 1-cup quantity for accurate refilling

Purpose

Vermiculite lines the burner pan in many gas fireplace systems, and its condition affects how evenly the flame presents and how the appliance burns gas. Refreshing it addresses a component that degrades with normal operation.

Other Notes

Because this part sits inside the gas burner assembly, any work involving the burner pan should be performed by a licensed gas technician in accordance with local codes.

When replacing vermiculite, it is worth inspecting the burner pan itself, the pilot assembly, and the log set for wear or damage while the burner area is accessible.
