This screen is the replacement fit for the Enviro C72 Linear Fireplace, a gas unit where the glass front runs hot during operation. The Enviro C72 Clear View Safety Screen (part 50-3700) replaces the worn or damaged safety mesh installed in front of the glass on compatible C72 units.

Purpose

The screen acts as a physical barrier between the flame chamber's hot glass and anyone nearby, a standard feature on gas fireplaces to reduce the chance of accidental contact burns.

Key Benefits

• Restores the factory barrier between hot glass and household traffic
• Supports safe day-to-day operation of the fireplace as designed
• Genuine Enviro part made for a correct, direct fit on the C72
• Ships new in original packaging, not a reproduction

Other Notes

Inspect the screen mesh periodically for bends, tears, or loose mounting points, and replace it if damaged rather than operating the fireplace without it in place.

While replacing this screen, it is worth inspecting related gas-side components in the fireplace, such as igniters, thermocouples, or gas control parts, for wear.
