A finished wall that shows a rough gap around the heat outlet, or a bezel that has cracked, warped, or come loose, points to the Outlet Trim Bezel for the Enviro C44 Heat Distribution Kit, part 50-3307, made for the Enviro C44. It covers the 3/8 in. air gap required around the HDK outlet in combustible wall material, giving the outlet a clean finished edge while keeping the opening clear.

When to replace it

Replace the bezel if it has cracked, warped, or no longer seats flush against the finished wall, since a loose or damaged bezel leaves the required air gap exposed instead of neatly covered. It is meant to adjust to finished walls 1/2 in. to 1 in. thick and sit about 1/4 in. off the wall when fitted correctly.
