This front vent louver kit gives the Enviro C34 and Urbana U30 a ductless way to activate the Cool Surface System (CSS) through the front of the wall, rather than through the ceiling. Part 50-3965 is built by Enviro specifically for these two models and suits installations where ceiling clearance runs 96 in. and up.

Fit

• Fits the Enviro C34 and Urbana U30 as listed on the rating plate.
• On the U30, this kit is permitted for bay or corner installations only.
• For the C44/U50, choose 50-3966. For the C60/C72/U70, choose 50-3967.

What it adds

Instead of routing the CSS outlet through the ceiling, this kit routes it through the front wall, giving installers a ductless front-vent option where ceiling height or framing makes a top vent impractical.

Specifications

• U30 rough opening: 27 3/4 in. W x 5 in. H, for wood 2x4 framing.
• CSS outlet minimum top and bottom standoff: 2 5/8 in. on C Series units.

Installation

Let the appliance cool completely before installing this vent kit.
