This kit converts the gas supply on IPI-equipped units from propane to natural gas by replacing the main burner orifice and servo regulator and resetting the manifold pressure for NG operation. The Enviro Propane to Natural Gas IPI Conversion Kit, part 50-2994, is built for the Enviro Q1, Enviro S20, and Enviro S30, and matches the kit named in each model's owner's manual.

What's in the kit

• One #46 DMS burner orifice sized for natural gas
• One servo regulator with diaphragm for the SIT gas valve
• Installation sheet and a conversion label for the rating plate

Fit

• For the standing-pilot Q1 (Nova), choose 50-2993 instead.
• For the NG-to-LP IPI conversion, choose 50-2984.
• Natural gas manifold pressure is set to 3.5 in. W.C., with a maximum input of 20,000 BTU/hr.

When to replace it

Use this kit when switching an IPI Q1, S20, or S30 from propane to a natural gas supply, so the burner orifice and regulator match the new fuel and the unit fires within its rated BTU range.
