This part is built as a direct replacement for the pilot knob extension found on many Enviro Millivolt gas and propane fireplaces, stoves and inserts. The Enviro Pilot Knob Extension (part 30-030) replaces the worn or missing knob extension on the pilot control of compatible Enviro Millivolt appliances.

Key Benefits

• Direct-fit replacement — matches the original Enviro pilot knob extension dimensions
• No modification needed for compatible Millivolt models
• Genuine Enviro part supplied in original factory packaging
• Restores proper reach and grip to the pilot control knob

Purpose

The extension attaches to the pilot valve shaft, giving the control knob enough length to sit flush with the appliance's control panel or trim so it can be turned reliably to operate the pilot and gas valve.

Other Notes

Because this part is downstream of the gas valve, any removal or reinstallation should be handled by a licensed gas technician in accordance with local codes.

When replacing this extension, it's worth having a technician inspect the related pilot assembly components, including the pilot valve, thermocouple or thermopile, and the control knob itself for wear.
