The Enviro Empress and Enviro Milan use this chassis door bolt, hardened bushing and nut (part 50-1465) to secure the chassis door on units built after May 2006. It's built to hold up to repeated opening and closing of the door, and sits next to the inner door handle as shown in the Empress freestanding, Empress fireplace insert, and Milan technical manuals.

When to replace it

If the door bolt or bushing has worn down from repeated use, the door may no longer latch or hold as securely as it should. Replacing the bolt, bushing and nut together restores a solid, dependable seat for the chassis door.

• Includes the door bolt, hardened bushing and nut as a set, matching Enviro's listed part description for the Empress and Milan.
• For units built after May 2006; earlier Empress FS units used a different part number for this location.
