Cracked, warped, or crumbling panels inside the firebox, or visible gaps around the burn pot area, usually mean the liner has worn through. The Enviro Firebox Liner with Insulation (50-1782) replaces this worn component in compatible Enviro pellet stoves manufactured after January 1, 2008.
This liner and insulation assembly lines the inside of the pellet stove firebox, containing the fire and directing heat properly through the combustion chamber.
Before replacing the liner, make sure the stove is unplugged, fully cooled, and the ashes are removed; the old liner is held in place with screws that need to come out first.
This part fits 1 compatible model on record. When replacing the firebox liner, it's worth inspecting the burn pot and gaskets nearby for similar wear, since these components see the same heat and combustion exposure.
